Our mental wellness center

As an extension of Parkridge Mental Health Therapy Center, our experienced therapists are committed to delivering effective, collaborative and compassionate services. We provide accessible therapy on campus for students, faculty and others living, working or attending school in the community.

We provide comprehensive evaluations and therapy services for many conditions including:

Individual therapy services

Our goal is to learn more about your specific experiences and determine how we can best support your needs. Our individual therapy services are recommended if you are looking for weekly sessions. We offer:

  • Flexible scheduling, including virtual options to accommodate work or school schedule
  • Personalized one-on-one therapy for adults
  • Solution-focused therapy facilitated by a licensed therapist

Group therapy services

Our therapy groups create a supportive environment and are led by an experienced therapist. Here, we will help you learn and practice healthy coping skills designed to help you function more effectively at home, school, work and in the community. We support you in overcoming challenges and empower you to take control of your emotions. Our group therapy is recommended if you would benefit from social support. Our group-based therapy program for adults features:

  • Group discussions that create a safe and healing environment through shared experiences
  • Facilitation by an experienced, licensed therapist
  • Once-a-week group therapy
  • Intensive group therapy option three times per week, three hours per day
