Parkridge Health System expands mental health services with new location at UTC
Parkridge Health System has expanded its outpatient mental health services with the opening of the Parkridge Mental Health Therapy Center at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC).
“The Parkridge Mental Health Therapy Center at UTC expands vital mental health resources in a convenient and accessible location for the campus community,” said Dr. Krikor Jansezian, chief executive officer of Parkridge Valley Hospital. “The new center represents our commitment to making mental health resources readily available in Chattanooga.”
Located in a non-hospital, office-based setting, the center offers services provided by licensed therapists to UTC students, faculty and staff, including individual and group-based therapy.
The therapy center provides evaluations and treatment plans for many mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma and others.
The Parkridge Mental Health Therapy Center at UTC is located at UTC Foundation Apartments, 718 McCallie Avenue, Ste. 5217, Chattanooga, TN 37403.
